By placing an order on artixfitness.com you agree to these Terms of Service. ArtiX Fitness ("ArtiX", "we", "us") sells premium gym grips and related apparel directly to consumers in the United States.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or limited stock. Preorders are charged at time of purchase and ship in the order they are received, with the first 500 orders shipping in the first drop.

3. Product Use

Our gym grips are training accessories, not safety equipment. Inspect before each use, replace when worn, and train within your ability. ArtiX is not liable for injury resulting from misuse, modification, or improper training.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the ArtiX name, logo, product photography, and copy — is owned by ArtiX Fitness and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtiX's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
