Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Rates & Delivery

  • Free standard shipping on US orders of 2 or more pairs.
  • A flat shipping rate applies to single-pair US orders, calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from ship date.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Preorders & First Drop

Only the first 500 preorders ship in the first drop (Summer 2026). Subsequent orders ship in the order they were placed as additional inventory becomes available. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once handed off to the carrier, packages are the carrier's responsibility. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at sales@artixfitness.com and we'll help file a claim.

Address Errors

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before the order ships — email us as soon as possible. Reshipments due to incorrect addresses may incur an additional shipping fee.
