30-Day Returns

We stand behind every pair. If you're not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed grips in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to Start a Return

  • Email sales@artixfitness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Preorders

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, the standard 30-day return window applies.
